About
I'm Phil — a digital product designer with 12 years of experience. I put people at the heart of everything I design. Currently based in Birmingham, UK.
See my CV →I currently work at Cera - #1 Health-tech company in the UK. Creating original technology for personal and preventative healthcare. I joined a newly formed product and design team, building ways of working and best practices whilst delivering impactful product features.
Prior to this, I was agency side, at 383Project - an award winning, digital product studio in Birmingham, UK. Delivering value to a diverse portfolio of clients with varying support needs across product discovery and delivery.
I am an "end-to-end" product designer - working closely with product, engineering, data and fellow designers, covering activities in both discovery and delivery. Over the years I have worked across sectors including telecoms, retail, healthcare, finance and automotive to name a few. From scale-up businesses such as Cera, to establish household names such as Hilton. Covering both B2B and B2C.
